We are on an adventure of faith. We have relocated to Tennessee in a response to the prompting of God. We prayed for a change in severe circumstances and the answer was "move there" -there being Paris, TN. Its far away from loved ones and friends. We are in a place with a different culture and customs. Yet the blessings are already beginning to come as we obey God.
Rachael is expecting our third child ( the doctors said we would not have any more) and Sam is realizing his dream of teaching music and building guitars. The girls are starting homeschool and we have found a large homeschool group that meets nextdoor to Sam's workshop.
We bought a three story home in December. The 1942 structure needed a fair amount of cosmetic work and rewiring, but it is a great place that had a great price. We have done much to it and more will be done in time, but we are happy here. Sam is able to be home every day for dinner and he can be available for any event that may come up. That is one of the reasons we moved. He is even able to come to the prenatal appointments and ultrasounds for the baby-that was not possible with his previous jobs.
