A seder supper

This past week, Rachael taught to a class of about 50 the traditional Seder Supper. She was happy to be sharing about something that is close to her heart; Jewish traditions and culture. She recited the Hebrew prayers, demonstrated the lighting of the candles and the blessing of the children, and taught about the 5 elements of the traditional plate. She also translated the Hebrew phrases and words that came up throughout the presentation...yes she can speak some Hebrew. Surprisingly, most of the people there were adults who did not know much about the details of a Seder. Rachael was busy explaining things well after the presentation was over. The interest of the community was so high that Rachael might teach this again.
